About
Hello and welcome to Kawoshin Week!This is a fan week dedicated to celebrating the relationship between Shinji Ikari and Kaworu Nagisa from Neon Genesis Evangelion and creating fanworks centered around them. It will run for seven days, from April 27th to May 3rd (Kawoshin Day), with a list of daily prompts to serve as inspiration!To participate, post your work on the day of the theme you're following once the week starts. Make sure to use the tag #kawoshinweek2025 and tag us so we can share it! All sorts of fanworks are welcome - fanart, fanfiction, edits, and so on - , and you can participate in as many days as you're able to.This event is run by Tomaturtles!
Themes
Each day has three prompts (except for May 3rd/Kawoshin Day, which has the additional Free Day). You don't need to use all three, though you're free to combine themes if you'd like!The prompts are as follows:

Guidelines
All sorts of fanworks are welcome! Ways to participate include: fanart, fanfiction, edits, meta, headcanons, theories, memes, AMVs, fancams, playlists, cosplay, and more!
To participate, post your work on the day of the prompt you're following once the week starts! When posting, please state the day and theme(s) your creation is for.
Tag your works with #kawoshinweek2025 and tag us so we can share it! If posting on AO3, you'll be able to submit your work to the Kawoshin Week 2025 collection!
If using art not made by you, please make sure that it's either official art or that you have the creator's permission to use it! Adittionally, AI art will not be accepted.
This event is SFW so it can remain open for everyone! Because of this, NSFW/explicit works won't be shared.
Bigoted/hateful works will not be accepted.
2914/2815 (aging one of them up while keeping the other as a teenager) will not be accepted.
FAQ
I won't finish my work on time, are late entries accepted?
Yes, they'll be accepted indefinitely! Just make sure to tag us so we can see it!
Do I have to make something for every single day?
Nope! You can participate in as many days as you can, whether that's in only one or two days or in every single day (or even more than once in the same day, if a day's prompts speak to you)!
Do I need to use all three prompts in each day?
No, the multiple prompts are for the sake of offering more options for participants - you can just pick your favorite for each day! Though you can use more than one if you wish, or even mix and match prompts from different days if you'd like!
Can I include other characters and ships in my work?
Yes! As long your creation features Kawoshin, including other characters and side pairings is totally fine!
